 Program Focus: Education Kansas City Teacher Residency utilizes AmeriCorps members to develop effective, compassionate, and anti-racist educators who work to ensure students receive a quality education. They do this through a teacher residency model, which allows

Program Focus: Education USD 260 utilizes AmeriCorps members to tutor students in math, reading, and kindergarten readiness in the Derby Public Schools. Members serve their community by increasing student academic achievement and expanding the availability of
early childhood education opportunities. In addition, the AmeriCorps members will support 32 volunteers who will engage in tutoring students and service-learning in the community.

By environmental education programming, advancements to public land and its infrastructure, and improvements to the health of Kansas' natural resources through the treatment of public lands and trails in Kansas.
