OVERVIEW

Thank you for your interest in the Give Back Kansas Challenge! We are excited to coordinate the challenge, an eight-week competition to engage Kansans in employer-supported volunteering. This challenge is intended to recognize the volunteer hours that your employees complete during the challenge window.

You are in a perfect position as an employer to encourage your employees to participate. Research on employer volunteer programs has positively impacted businesses and organizations, including improved employee engagement, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and retention.

Competing in the challenge is an excellent chance to see how volunteering can positively affect your employees and company. It doesn’t matter how many employees you have – EVERY organization can participate!

Employers with the highest average number of volunteer hours per employee will be awarded a $1,000 donation to a nonprofit of their choice.
